There are two portions bodering each other directly - 3731ha Game Fenced Portion and 4230ha is cattle fenced.
2) FARM TYPE AND OWNERSHIP
Game Farm (Hunting) and Cattle Farming. Leasehold Property with 50 year leases with the option the renew lease for an additional 50 years. The Lease on one portion started in 2009 and the the other portion started in 2018.
The leases are registered in two Botswana Companies and the the Purchaser can buy the shares in the current Companies just as they are. These two Botswana Companies have not been operating as business, they were only invested money into and owns the Leasehold Properties.
This Ranch is located in the Kalahari Desert half way between Gabarone and Maun as the crow flies. This property share a common boundary with the CKGR (Central Kalahari Game Reserve). Situated in the Green zone, this property is 60 km from nearest village.
There are 3 Bore holes at around 140 meters deep (2 x sweet water and 1 x salty but prefect for the animals). The sweet boreholes can produce 3000 l/h each and the salty borehole can pump around 2000 l/h. The owner pump around 1200 l/h with solar pumps. All three the boreholes are equipped.
The property has several water pans. 5 of these water pans are pumped.

The Lodge area has a Boma and dinning room. There is a Laundry area as well as well as staff quarters.
The airstrip is exactly half way from Maun to Gaborone’s and can be seen by Air Botswana on their flight route ( Might be a possibility to fly clients from Gaborone’s to camp instead of Maun, a lot cheaper. For an extra BWP1500-00, you can upgrade to larger aircraft.

Bird population the best I have ever seen: Guinea fowl, Sand grouse, Doves, Francolin and all raptor birds just to name a few.
This farm is fully game fenced according to the requirements of the Department of Nature Conservation. There is electrical Game Fencing in good working conditions.
a) Photographic Safaris: Adventure Safari in the Kalahari with the opportunity to see and photograph some of the unique species of animals that reside in the Kalahari Desert including: gemsbok, impala, blue wildebeest, giraffe, eland, zebra, leopard, lions, cheetah, wild dogs, aardvark, the rare and elusive brown hyena and cyour quests can walk through the Kalahari and see wild Meerkats!
b) Your quests can combine personal research with guiding, teaming up with Bushmen to guide them on walks and game drives. These bushmen are the bet intuitive and knowledgeable game scouts in the world. Walk with them and see how they read sign and follow game tracks, see how they can survive in the desert with no water, only drinking from the roots of plants, and if your guest are lucky, watch a special bushman dance performed right in camp.
c) Day Trips:
- take day trips to the great McCuddy McCuddy Salt Pans and Deception Valley.
- a 45 minute drive from this game farm is Lake Dow which is one of the most beautiful and remote lakes in the country, and is teeming with Tiger Fish, Bream, Catfish and more and home to loads of crocodiles, hippos and birds.
- Horseback Rides where you can experience the African bush on horseback, riding the many trails on the ranch.
The property has somewhat of a rolling typographic nature scenes in some areas and is also relative flat with water pans. Water drainage is very good. The farm consists of mainly sweet-veldt which has a big carrying capacity

2) Recovery and tyre mending equipment, tyre gauge and pump;
3) At least 40 l supplement fuel to be filled in Botswana;

THE WHOLE AMOUNT WILL BE PAID BACK TO CLIENTS / VISITORS IF THEY ARE BUYING THE PROPERTY WE VIEWED BUT UNFORTUNATELY, WE WILL NOT REFUND THOSE CLIENTS / VISITORS NOT BUYING. CLIENTS / VISITORS WILL USE THEIR OWN VEHICLES, FUEL, ACCOMMODATION, MEALS ETC. IN ADDITION TO OUR LEVY.
