4) THE IMPROVEMENTS
1) Original House
The original farm house is newly renovated. This house is a double storey and has an extent of ±160m².
The house has a fitted kitchen and separate scullery, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as the office area and a linen room. The 2nd bedroom on the first floor has a nice view over the lodge area and this house has its own sitting room.
2) Entertainment Area “Lapa”

1 x Honey moon chalet with an extent of ±54m² - thatch roof.
• All chalets comprise of a large single bedroom fitted with either a king-size bed made of two single beds and each with chalet has its own en-suite bathroom.
•The chalets are fitted with Eskom electricity and air conditioning.
Every chalet has paving in front of the chalet and all the chalets are connected with well-maintained pathways.
4) Conference Facility
The Conference room has an extent of ±232m² (could seat up to 120 delegates), equipped with white boards and a modern state of the art overhead projection system. This area is open plan with a bar area and large glass doors open on the sides which give good light into the facility. The Conference area has two separate male/female toilet facilities.
The newly build thatch roof chapel could also sit ±120 people. The entrance to the chapel is through large wooden doors and the back side of the chapel has an enormous glass brick Cross!!
6) Tented Chalets
• Six Tented Chalets with an area of ±16m² each (no air-conditioning).
• Two Ablution Facilities ±30m² each. Each ablution facility consists of 2 toilets, 2 showers and 2 basins.
• The Tented Camp has its own Lapa & entertainment (±30m²) & Boma area. The boma area is in the middle of the tented camp.

7) Manager’s House
The second house is in its final stages of construction. This thatch roof house has 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen and lounge area.
8) Main House
The main house is also known as the owner’s private home. This Thatch roof house has 3 bedrooms (one bedroom on the loft) and there are 2 bathrooms. This house has air-conditioning installed and the finishing’s of the highest standards. There is also a separate thatch roof building used as a storage place.
9) Store Room 1
There is a newly build large 270m² store room constructed on the property. This Store room is where all the animal feed is stored. There is a 6x18m carport attached where all the tractors and other farming implements like the Hammer mill etc are stored.
10) Store Room 2
There is a slaughtering room and 36m² cold room – fully equipped butchery. There are also very decent and upmarket labour rooms (8 rooms) with kitchen and ablution facilities as well as their own private boma and BBQ area.

The developer and owner had several factors in mind: luxury, elegance, comfort, style, simplicity where he incorporated a true African bush experience into all the developments. This game farm is well managed and there is an excellent balance in terms of open grazing areas and the denser bush areas. This is a property where most plains game are thriving and even game breeding is doing above all expectations.
The hides and blinds on this game farm are all designed and built specifically for bow hunters and for those who “hunts with a camera”. One pit blind has enough space to accommodate a whole film crew if that is what you would like to do. View ports allow you a near 360 degree look at what is happening around your blind.
This Game Farm is relative flat with slight slope. Very well balanced and selected areas on this property were converted into the breeding areas. Mixtures of overall Sweet veld with some Sour veld make the grazing potential perfect for a greater variety of animals to roam this property.
