Water: 3 equipped boreholes (mono pumps) supply the farm with drinking water. There is 1 cement reservoir and 2 water tanks. The region experiences an average rainfall of 600 - 650 mm per annum.
The residential improvements comprises two old conventional design dwelling (old farmstead), farm shop with meat processing area (cold rooms and meat preparation room) and workers accommodation. Basic finishes were used like rhino ceilings, with cement and ceramic tiles as floor covering. Vegetation: Characteristic of this area is the fairly good natural grazing like Wild Finger, White Buffalo, Red-, Broad-leaved-, Kalahari Couch-, Couch-, Marsh and Silk-grass ECT. The vegetationand veld types found on the farm is a "Mixed Bushveld - Trees and shrubs include Red Bushwillow, Common Hook-thorn, Ironwood, Terminalia, Sicklebush and various Grewia
species, veld type includes sweet and sour grass commonly found in this area, with a fair
amount of grass left after the average rainfall of the previous summer raining season.
The area is not suitable for permanently established grazing like Finger grass (Cynodon dactyl on), Bent grass (borseltjie) and Bushveld signal grass (Wit Buffalo grass) ect due to the limited water supply (not enough for irrigation purposes) and due to the very hot summer temperatures in this area. Where game is to be found on the land it is prevented to moves between this property and the neighbouring properties, due to a high quality game fence.
