Water: Four earth dams.(One under repair). A creek of three kilometres flowing through the farm. Four equipped boreholes supply the farm with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption. One unequipped boreholes (Pump in stock). One spring supplying the one earth dam of water. This farm is a water rich farm.
Rainfall: 550 - 600mm annually.
Temperatures: Summer - max. 33 ºC and min. 17 ºC.
Winter - max. 21 ºC and min. 6 ºC.
Climate: The Waterberg Vaalwater area has a unique climate - something between sub tropic and lowveld bushveld. Tobacco and citrus is cultivated in the surrounding area.
During summer the night temperatures drop down to below 20 ºC, which makes it bearable without a need of air-conditioning.
Typographic: This extraordinary Game Farm consists of a mixture of sloping flats, mountainous areas, ravines, plateau areas, valleys and earth dams. Rocky outcrops, overlooking the Waterberg mountains. This mixture of typography creates a diversity of habitats throughout the farm which makes it haven to a large variety of game species. Large open planes with good pastures. Altitude vary from 1250 – 1340m
Roads: The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has several kilometres of roads plus plenty of additional easy accessible game and cattle trails to explore the farm by foot.
Runway: 1 250 meter not in use. Need attention.
Fencing: This farm is fully game fenced with a 2,4 m electrified fence well according to the requirements of the Department of Nature Conservation.
Game Camps: 1 x 300 ha Buffalo camp
2 x 16 ha Golden Gnu camps

This farm has exemption for Buffalo, Sable antelope, Nyala, Gemsbuck (Oryx) and most of the common planes game species. An ideal farm for the breeding Buffalo.
