Situated in a malaria free area, this Jewel of a game farm is ecologically superb with a rich mix of bushveld attractive hills and beautiful flat area / plains. The topography is very unique varying from open savannah to typical bushveld nature scenery with seasonal sprouts that runs through the property.
The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has several kilometers of roads plus plenty of additional trails.
This farm is fully game fenced with a 2,4m 21 strand fence with pig mesh around the entire perimeter of the farm as well as all breeding camps. The game fences were erected well according to the requirements of the Department of Nature Conservation.
A semi perennial sprout flows through the farm for just over 2km. This sprout feeds a large permanent earth dam. Game camps are supplied with clean bore hole water. Two fully equipped boreholes (Approximately 4700 liters per hour and 5000 liters per hour) supply the house and water troughs with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption. The boreholes for the house and breeding camps are fully automated.
