Water: Two km of river flows through the side of the farm, which supplies the farm and animals of clean natural water. A second seasonal creek flows through the middle of the farm for about 1,8 km to add to the beauty and diversity of this farm. Two earth dams. Beautiful rocky outcrops and distant views adds to the feeling of freedom and complete harmony as a variety of habitats joins together on this farm. Two equipped boreholes supply the houses and accommodation with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption.

Climate:  The Waterberg Vaalwater area has a unique climate - something between Sub Tropical and Lowveld Bushveld.
During summer the night temperatures drop down to below 20 ºC, which makes it bearable without a need of air conditioning. 

Typographic: This breath-taking Game Farm consists of a mixture of sloping flats, rocky outcrops, river ravines, and earth dams. Rocky outcrops, overlooking the sloping hills of the Waterberg escarpment. This mixture of eco systems creates a diversity of habitats throughout the farm which makes it lucrative to a large variety of game species. Elevations vary from 1210 – 1290 meter above sea level.

Roads: The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has several kilometres of roads plus plenty of additional easily accessible game and cattle trails to explore the farm by foot.
