Topographic:
This property's predominant  topography consists of flat areas with onlu a small amount of open savannah areas and parts consists of beautiful tree species like: Maroela, Redbush willow, Seringa and some sweet thorn veld just to name a few trees. The grazing consists of a more dominant sweet veld, yet a good mixture of sweet and sour veld also occurs. 

Structural Impact: Not near any mines or power stations. No electricity pylons or other ugly structures runs over the property and there are  no land claim or right of occupation on the property.

Setting foot on this property was a pleasure!! The development on a property is very neat and the layout is very practical. Everything is neat and you fall in love with this type of property instantly. The farm is not too big and not too small. The owner did some intensive game breeding and will sell the property without his breeding game. He will however leave a guaranteed amount as listed above. This property is suitable for any weekend farm or a good retirements farm. Because of the fact that this property has a caravan park, it could easily generate a good income.
