    4.9 Nyala Chalet:

There is an open plan Dining area with a Fully Equipped Kitchen. Upstairs is a T.V. Lounge with 2 single beds and 2 Single bed couches. Outside is a large Stoep with Eating & Entertainment area including Braai facilities and a private Boma This is a 8 Sleeper Chalet.

    4.10 Leopard Chalet:
This Unit in a 210m² building and has 2 Queen Bedrooms each with an en suite Shower Bathroom; each room is fitted with Satellite T.V. and Air Conditioning. There is an open plan Dining and Lounge area with a Fully Equipped Kitchen, also with T.V. and Air Conditioning. Upstairs are 2 Bedrooms with Double and Twin Single Beds respectively, sharing a Shower Bathroom. Outside is a large Stoep with Eating and Entertainment area including Braai facilities and private Boma. This unit has its own splash Pool. This is a 8 Sleeper Chalet. 

    4.11 Zebra Chalet:
This Unit is 400m² building and has 4 Bedrooms each en suite with a Shower Bathroom; each room is fitted with Satellite T.V. and Air Conditioning. There is an open plan Dining and Lounge area with a Fully Equipped Kitchen, also with T.V. and Air Conditioning. Upstairs are 2 Bedrooms with Double and Twin Single Beds respectively, sharing a Shower Bathroom. Outside is a large Stoep with Eating and Entertainment area including Braai facilities and a private Boma, it also has its own Pool with sun bathing area. 5) GAME FARM DETAIL

    5.1 Game Farm in extend of 1221.7201 Hectares:
Situated in a malaria free area, this Jewel of a game farm is ecologically superb with a rich mix of bushveld sweetveld areas and open savannah areas. Attractive koppies and mountains in the backdrop give this property a real Africa feel.         5.1.1 Roads: T
he dirt roads give good access to all sections of the farm and are maintained with its own necessary equipment by the ground staff. The farm has sufficient and well maintained roads plus plenty of additional trails which are also well maintained.

        5.1.2 Game Fence:
Fully game fenced accordingly to the requirements of the Dept. Nature Conservation. There are 2 game breeding areas specially fenced off and is also jackal proof and consist of electrified game fencing.

        5.1.3 Water:
The Water reticulation on this farm is above average as all areas of the farm are covered in terms of a supply point per area. There are several earth dams on this farm as well as some water holes where water is periodically pumped into them from the boreholes. The farm has ample water suitable for human and animal consumption.

Water from is also obtained from the Magalies Water Scheme and there are 4 boreholes on the farm from which 2 equipped, strategically placed to ensure the water troughs and Lodge have water in abundance.

The water holes are well spread throughout the farm, which avoids concentrated damage to the vegetation, by the game.

Trees are not only functional, but also aesthetically pleasing to the eye, as can be seen from pictures. A wide variety of indigenous trees cover these beautiful area forming a breathtaking tranquil landscape and being an important part of animal, bird and insect nutrition.

    5.3 Fauna:
The Farm is extremely well stocked but also well balanced with a large variety of game. This region, being the centre of the South African hunting heartbeat, and well known between local as well as overseas hunters.

    5.4 Topography:
This farm is a relatively flat lying area with Thabazimbi in the distance, directly translated to the mountain of Iron, which forms part of the Waterberg Mountains.  The soil structure is made up mostly of red clay and turf, with numerous magnetite bands occurring through the farm and is clearly visible on the surface of the dirt roads.
