Size: 1350 ha consisting of 3 title deeds. These title deeds could be bought separately.
Location: In the vicinity of Vaalwater/ Alma and Modimolle (Nylstroom), Limpopo Province, South Africa. In the heart of the Waterberg Plateau, part of the bigger Waterberg Biosphere Reserve.

Water: Two Seasonal streams (creeks) flows through the farm, one with a natural swimming pool. Three smaller cemented dams. One cement reservoir that gravity feeds the drinking troughs with water for animal use. Four equipped borehole supply the houses, chalets, camp and water troughs with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption. Two unequipped boreholes.

Rainfall: 550 - 600mm annually.

Temperatures: Summer  - max. 33 ║C and min. 17 ║C.
                         Winter  -   max. 21 ║C and min. 6 ║C.

Climate: The Waterberg area has a unique climate - something between sub tropic and lowveld bushveld.
During summer the night temperatures drop down to below 20 ║C, which makes it bearable without a need of airconditioning at night. 

Typographic: This Game Farm mainly consists of mountainous typography with plateaus, ravines, valleys and seasonal streams meandering through the farm. A mixture of typography creates a diversity of habitats throughout the farm.

Altitude vary from 1370 – 1550m above sea level.

Roads: The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has several kilometres of roads plus plenty of additional easy accessible game and cattle trails to explore the farm by foot.

Fencing: This farm is fully game fenced with a 2.4 m fence. One 95 ha breeding camp.
