4) OVERVIEW
This 174 ha property is a combination farm of exquisite lodging with an a-la-carte restaurant as well as breakfast and bar facilities. In addition it offers a venue to breed with some of the world’s largest and most dangerous cats..

5) THE IMPROVEMENTS
The Lodge area:
The lodge is a big thatch roof building with a big bar area, a lounge and dining room as well as a conference roof area with its own toilets. There is a large industrial kitchen as well as a verandah overlooking a big bird Avery. This building has several storage rooms as well.

There are  Lapa’s and a swimming pool. These lapas are connected with a thatch roof walkway.

Accommodation:
There are 8 tented chalets and an ablution block in close proximity to the Big Cat’s camps There is a lapa for the tents as well.

There is a Kiosk and 9 chalets. There are 4 x 2 bedroom chalets, 2 x 6 sleeper chalets, 1 x 5 sleeper chalet and a 1 x 4 sleeper chalets. The chalets area has a swimming pool and a lapa too. All the chalets has their own bathrooms, kitchen and verandah’s.

Additional Constructions:
There is a reptile park – a thatch roof building with several cages for snakes and on the outside are some crocodiles.

This Property offers the following for guests:
Excellent braai facilities (grids are available to rent at Kiosk);

6) GAME FARM DETAIL
This is an exceptional Big Cat Farm.

Roads:
The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has several kilometres of roads plus plenty of additional trails which is well maintained.

Game Fence:
The farm’s boundary fence is not fully game fence. On two sides where it borders other game farms it is fenced accordingly to the requirements of nature conservation. There is however 11 Camps where the big catsare that is fully electrified and game fenced (predator proof) 2.4m high, 21 stands. All game fencing is accordingly to the requirements of nature conservation.

Water:
This property has 2 bore holes.  The property has in each camp a water point for the animals to drink. 

Typographic:
The farm is 45% flat with a remarkable biome and savannah diversity. The rest is Mountain but the balance is extremely good in terms of browsers and grazers.  

Impression:
Situated in a malaria free area, this farm is ecologically superb with a rich mix of the typical sweetveld bushveld attractive large Maroela trees. The entrance gate is in located on a tar road.

Kudu, Impala, Duiker, Warthog, Bushpig, Caracal, African Civet, Large & small Genet, Rock rabbit, Porcupine, Ant bear, Pangolin, Chacma baboon, Vervet monkey, Yellow mongoose, African wild cat, Honey badger, Brown hyena, Hedgehog, Lesser bush baby, Slender mongoose, Striped polecat, Tree squirrel etc. This farm has exceptional nocturnal life.
