Farm: Amazing game farm with huge potential to breed Sable, Buffalo and other species.
Has a small breeding camp with 4 Eland and two bushbuck right next to the camp.
All the game is extremely tame and creates a wonderful ambiance walking around and drinking water right next to the camp. 
Bottom part of the farm is 3620Ft above sea level and climbs out to the west up to over 4000ft which creates a very diverse part of the Waterberg. Two deep gorges run from west to east creating a good habitat for browsers.

Size: 436,2038  hectares.
With the deep gorges and diverse habitat the property is over 500ha on a flat form. 

Location: Farm is south of Marken and approximately 3 and a half hours drive to JHB.
Situated approximately 100km from both Lephalale and Mokopane.

Water:  This property has more than sufficient water.
1 x bore pumps very good drinking water into a 5000L tank on to the east side of the camp.
This borehole yields approximately 1500Lph.
1 x borehole 300m to the east of the camp supplies water to the cement irrigation dam also situated on the east side of the camp. This cement reservoir supplies irrigation water to the camp and gravitates to all the water holes.
This borehole also supplies water to 2 x water tanks on high stands down at the training base.
1x bore hole situated 200m to the north of the camp that also boosts the water supply to the cement reservoir.
1 x bore hole situated 200m to the west of the camp which is not equipped.

There are 6 x cement drinking waterholes for the game situated all over the farm.
These are all gravity fed except one waterhole to the south west of the camp.
There is one earth mud wallow for the Rhino and Warthogs to the east of the airstrip.
Two large gorges supply perennial streams which could be dammed up or weirs could be built in the one large gorge where there is rock bed to drill into.
