Size: 10% Share in Farm of 1200 hectares. Each shareholder therefore indirectly owns 120 hectares and each shareholder has full access to the entire 1200 hectares.

Levy: The monthly levies include, maid services, garden work, electricity, refuse removal and water as well as farm labour and farm manager.
Activities: The activities on the farm include hiking, cycling, swimming and game viewing.
Developments: Each shareholder has his own house, solely for its own use. The 10 homes on the farm are for the 10 owners and there is a farm managers house as well as cold room facilities for the hunting season.
