There is a Conference Room with ablutions and a building to be converted into a SPA.

Additional Structures:
There are store rooms, laundry and staff housing. There is a 3 bedroom owners/manager’s house on the property.

This is a lovely Game Lodge .

The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has several kilometres of roads plus plenty of additional trails which is well maintained.

Game Fence:
the 1966ha is fully game fenced accordingly to the requirements of the Dept. Nature Conservation. Game fences are regular patrolled by ground staff. The 109 is open to the rest of the farm and game traverse freely all over the whole farm.

There is a 15,000 liter per hour borehole that feeds 4 tanks on the hill above the Lodge. The canal point is used for irrigation and filling waterholes..

The farm is flat with a remarkable slope going up a mountain. The Lodge has lovely views. An incredible biome and savannah diversity is found on this property.  

Situated in a malaria free area, this Jewel of Lodge is ecologically superb with a rich mix of the typical sweetveld bushveld attractive large rocky outcrops and large trees. The entrance gate is in located on a small distance tarred road.
