Location: Located in the vicinity of Vaalwater, Limpopo Province, South Africa. In the heart of the Waterberg Plateau, part of the bigger Waterberg Biosphere Reserve.

Water: A perennial river flows through the farm, which supplies the farm of water for agricultural and esthetical use. To add to the beauty and diversity of this farm a two kilometre creek runs through the North-Easterly part of the wild side of the farm. A canal system gravity feeds the main irrigation dam. Two equipped borehole supply the houses and water troughs with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption. The water catchment system is well known under the farmers as being one of the more constant and clean irrigation water systems in the Waterberg area. Climate:  The Waterberg Vaalwater area has a unique climate - something between Sub Tropical and Lowveld Bushveld. Tobacco, potatoes, ground nuts, paprika, maize, wheat, bulb flowers and citrus is cultivated in the surrounding area.
During summer the night temperatures drop down to below 20 C, which makes it bearable without a need of air-conditioning. 

Typographic: This Farm consists mainly of sloping flats, rolling topography and river habitats overlooking the sloping hills of the Waterberg escarpment. This mixture of typography creates a diversity of habitats throughout the farm which makes it a haven to a large variety of game species. Elevations vary from 1153 – 1200 meter above sea level.

Roads: The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has several kilometres of roads plus plenty of additional easy accessible game and cattle trails to explore the farm by foot.

Fencing: This farm is fully game fenced with a 2.4 m fence well according to the requirements of the Department of Nature Conservation.
