1. General Information.
1.1 Location of the farm.
The farm is situated about 255 km from Pretoria. The access route to the farm is 230 km tar road till in and 25 km dirt road. The area is best known around the world as the Waterberg Biosphere from which this farm forms a part. The farm also has an Helipad on the property.

1.2  Title Deed Descriptions.
The farm has 3 title deeds. The Registered owner is a company which owns the land with a total land size of approximate  4 000 ha.

1.3 History of the farm.
The owner established this premier 5 star game lodge a couple of years ago, and today its remains one of the most prestigious game farms of this magnitude and elegance.

1.4 Rainfall
The average rainfall for this area is 750 mm to 1300 mm per year.

1.5 Temperature
Our winter season starts late in May, ending around September. The winter days are fairly mild and the evenings tend to cool down a bit sometimes below zero. June and July are the coldest months. Our summer months are October till March.

1.6 Vegetation
The farm has typical Waterberg mix vegetation. A large selection of indigenous flora such as silver cluster-leaf, wild seringa, Transvaal beech (boekenhout), red bush willow, marulas, large fruited bush willow, live-long, kudu berry, peeling plane, monkey orange, and selected acacias to mention only a few.

2. Infrastructure

2.1 Lodge
2 x Conference Venues:
 a) Indaba Conference Room: Can accommodate a maximum of 50 delegates. Equipped with Multi-media projector, surround sound, white board, overhead projector, flip chart & DVD/video.
 b) Boardroom: Can accommodate a maximum of 10 delegates. Equipped with Multi-media projector, surround sound, white board, overhead projector, flip chart & DVD/video

Eight luxury Lodge Rooms – en-suite with baths, hand-held showerheads & balconies. All rooms are air- conditioned and equipped with a television and DSTV, coffee stations and a telephone

Five luxury East-African Tents – River Tents with steam showers. Each with its own private timber deck and linked to the main lodge with wooden walkways. Equipped with coffee stations & telephones.

Three Luxury Suites – newly renovated with spa baths, showers and private decks. 3 River Chalets – Situated next to the Phalala River, 1km from the Main Lodge. Each chalet has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen & lounge area, Satellite Television, lapa, splash pool & braai area.

Leopard Lodge – Situated next to the dam, within walking distance from the Main Lodge. Features 4
bedrooms en-suite. Open plan kitchen & lounge area with Satellite Television. Splash pool & braai area. There are the owners house as well as staff houses and staff.

2.2 Rehab Camps
The Cheetah camps are 2.4 meters high and is electrified and fully equipped to keep other cat species as well. 

2.3 Water facility and Dams
Water is available by bore holes and a perennial river that flows almost 12km through the farm.

2.4 Fences
The farm is enclosed in a game fence. 2.4 m high with 21 wires. The whole farm is electrified. The electricity is maintained on 5000V. Energizers are big enough to pull 5000V and maintain it on the fence line.

2.5 Roads
The road from the entrance of the farm to the lodge is in good condition you can ride it with any sedan vehicle. There are many kilometers of built roads on this farm. Road network are very good.
