Climate:  The Marble Hall area has a unique climate - something between sub tropic and lowveld bushveld. Tobacco and citrus is cultivated in this area. The summer night temperatures drop down to below 20 ºC, which makes it bearable without a need of airconditioning. 

Developments: This farm has one well developed dwelling (Lodge) – a thatch roof house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an entrainment area with a bar,  a verandah overlooking the bonfire area and the swimming pool. 

The Managers house is a open plan 1 bedroom,  kitchen and lounge area with a bathroom.

There is a huge thatch roof viewing deck at one of the earth dams.

There is a King Wilde Beest (from Kruger Van Zyl) with 12 cows.

Other free roaming game includes:
Duiker, Klipspringer, Common Reedbuck, Steenbuck, Warthog and Bushpig also do occur naturally.
 
Fencing: This farm is fully game fenced - some areas it do need some attention.
