Less than 40 km from Vaalwater, Limpopo Province, South Africa. Form part of the Waterberg Biosphere.

Water:
500m of small river running through the farm. One sealed cement dam.  Two solar equipped borehole supply the house and water troughs with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption.

Average Rainfall:550mm – 600mm per annum.

Average Tempratures:Summer  -   max. 30 ºC and min. 17 ºC.
Winter     -  max. 21 ºC and min. 6 ºC.

Developments:
Main House consists of a two Bedroom thatched house with a loft bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and scullery, a living area and open veranda.

There is a separate lapa with a Bar area, and kitchen with a lounge area and a lovely Braai area that has a Pizza oven too.

There is Rondavel room, a family chalet with two rooms and a bathroom. There is a Workshop as well on the property.

This farm is fully game fenced.
 

Typographic:
This beautiful little Game Farm consists of a mixture of sloping flats, mountainous areas, running water with small waterfall in the raining season,  Rocky outcrops, The farm steps up onto a plateau. This mixture of typography creates a diversity of habitats throughout the farm which makes it very unique to such a small property. Altitude vary from 1340 – 1363m
